1. Scope

These general terms of sale govern all purchases made on the L'Atelier de Coghaven website by a consumer ("the customer") from [Nom complet de Guillaume], operating as a French micro-entreprise under the name L'Atelier de Coghaven (SIRET [numéro SIRET]). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Products sold are handmade artisan creations, described as accurately as possible on each product page (photographs, dimensions, weight). Unique pieces are sold as a single item; slight variations are inherent to handcrafted work and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included [préciser : TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI, si le régime de micro-entreprise en franchise de TVA s'applique]. Payment is made online, in full, at the time of ordering, via PayPal or Stripe (credit card). No other payment method is available at launch (no installment payment, no bank transfer).

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. At launch, delivery is available to metropolitan France only [selon activation des options internationales/retrait en main propre depuis le backoffice]. Estimated delivery times are given for information only and depend on the carrier used.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (art. L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason. The customer must notify [Nom complet de Guillaume] of their decision by any unambiguous statement (email to [adresse email de contact]) and return the goods at their own expense, in their original condition, within 14 days of this notification. Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Legal warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code), regardless of any commercial warranty.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to a consumer mediation service [coordonnées du médiateur de la consommation compétent, à désigner] before any legal action.
